I support lower taxes, because lower taxes encourage both saving and investment which helps make our economy strong. Lower taxes benefit all of us by creating jobs and by allowing the taxpayer to decide how to spend more of their hard-earned income, instead of the government.

Low taxes and reduced government spending are critical to our economy. As a nation, we are nine trillion dollars in debt and counting. Our politicians are taxing and spending us into financial ruin. Our escalating debt is endangering the financial future of our children and grandchildren. We must prioritize and cut spending now. We must balance our budget.

The Federal Reserve must also stop recklessly increasing our money supply which, in turn, makes our dollar worth less and everything we buy cost more. The Federal Reserve is a private bank, run by unelected officials, who should be required to act in the best interests of the people.

Finally, our tax code is obscenely complex. The American taxpayer deserves a simplified code that is easier to understand.
